You may cancel your subscription anytime. To discuss additional payment plans, please contact info@thelogicbox.com with your website domain no later than the 24th of the month to ensure the next billing cycle is stopped.
Note: No partial refunds will be provided for pro-rated days. Once you initiate cancellation, you will have 72 hours from the next billing cycle to copy any relevant data such as mailbox contacts, store transactions, blog posts before your administrative access to the TLBCloud content management system is revoked automatically. If you would like your website reinstated, you may do so up to 11 days after subscription cancellation or subscription non-payment upon reconcilation of your account.
All website data is automatically purged 12 days after cancellation or non payment unless prior arrangements are made.
